Arctic sound, lost & found

When I work as a guide on ships, the Arctic sounds different to me than it used to when I paddled my way down its rivers.

Some say that sound is the most intimate medium. It can pull us into a place like nothing else, but sometimes the soundtrack isn’t what we expect.

Ships have a sound universe all their own.

When I work as a guide on ships, the Arctic sounds different to me than it used to; it’s harder to find the atmosphere I first fell in love with when I paddled my way down Arctic rivers.

Luckily, having a good companion, like Kisa, helped me find the land again.
